Privacy Policy & Child Data Protection

How The Njainday Pullo Cham Memorial Foundation safeguards, protects, and handles student and family information with complete dignity, transparency, and confidentiality.

1 Our Commitment to Scholar Privacy & Dignity

The The Njainday Pullo Cham Memorial Foundation operates this platform strictly to administer educational scholarships for primary school children. All information provided will be kept confidential and used only for scholarship selection and administration.

The privacy and dignity of every child will be protected. A selected student’s name, school, photograph, video, or personal story will only be published after written permission has been received from the student’s parent or legal guardian. Families may decline publicity without affecting the student’s scholarship award.

2 Information Provided by Participating Schools

To ensure complete fairness and equal opportunity, participating schools provide certified enrollment rosters containing:

  • Student Information: Student's full name, current grade or year, and enrolled primary school.
  • Parent / Guardian Information: Parent or legal guardian's name and telephone contact number.
  • Enrollment Verification: Formal certification from the school administration confirming active enrollment.

3 Confidential Reference Numbers & Draw Privacy

Every enrolled student is assigned a unique confidential reference number (e.g., NPC-2026-000001). During the transparent physical random draw in November 2026, only confidential reference slips are drawn. Student roster identities and contact details are kept private and accessible only to authorized Foundation administrators.

4 Award Presentation & Educational Purpose

Each scholarship award will be presented directly to the selected student and their parent or legal guardian during the January 2027 Scholarship Gala. The award is intended to support the student’s school fees, uniforms, books, supplies, and other educational needs.
